Terms of service
These terms cover Reelbird Pro and the hosted links at watch.reelbird.app, run by Steamata LLC. The Reelbird app itself is free software under the MIT licence.
Reelbird Pro
- Reelbird Pro costs $5 (US dollars) a month, billed through Stripe, and renews monthly until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from your account page. Pro stays on until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.
- Your account is your email address. You're responsible for what's shared from it.
Your content
- You own your recordings. You let us store and serve them only to run the service for you.
- Links are unlisted, not private: anyone with a link can watch and download the video.
- Links you shared keep playing after Pro ends. Deleting a link removes it and its files.
Acceptable use
Don't use Reelbird Pro to share anything illegal, anything you don't have the right to share, or anything meant to harm, harass or deceive people, and don't abuse or attack the service. We may remove links or close accounts that do.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Steamata LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Your original recordings stay on your Mac; hosting isn't a backup.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell Pro customers by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
